HA Tennant without Heating for 3 weeks now......

Hi my SIL is a HA tennant and has been without heating for 3 weeks now.

She is still paying full rent. Does anyone know if she is entitled to any discount or compensation (hate to say that word)?

Just to add, she's had people out during this time. They keep ordering different parts to try and fix the problem - but no luck yet.

Google her HA and see what thier policy is. I dont think ours has a money compensation thing, but heating should be sorted within so many hours etc.
