Tax credits/childcare/debt

Very brief......I have more outgoings than income. If I increase my working hours my childcare increases too. My hourly wage is £7.69. Every hour of childcare for my 2 kids is £11.10. Its not financially worth working more than I do now. My tax credits are pretty nominal. Anyway I digress......
I need to earn about 500 extra a month. Any suggestions?
Oh and....
Does anyone know how often I would need to provide evidence of childcare costs to tax credits? I may increase my hours from september but will have 2 childcare providers with varying weekly costs (more in holidays). Thank u

Any options for cheaper childcare + a job paying a little more?
