I have been doing salary sacrifice for childcare for a long time (4 DC) - and usually let it build up then pay my nanny for several weeks rather than do a regular payment every month. Went to do this just now and got a message to say there are insufficient funds and that the vouchers have 'expired' (over £700 worth should have built up!). First I have heard of this, so hoping this is a simple error, but anyone else come across this? I am an NHS employee.
