Do different brokers have access to different rates

I have a broker who I have used for years. This time round he has introduced fees, which I understand is now the norm, however I don't feel that I'm getting a better service or in fact a level of service that's acceptable. If I go elsewhere would a new broker have access to the same deals or even better ones?

Depends if they are independent or tied in with a provider.

You want a "whole of market" broker.
