Rate of pay, teenager

Hi I have arranged for a local teenager to water my garden( lots of pots) for three weeks while we are on holiday.
How much should I pay? It will take around 40 minutes a night ,

How far does he have to come? If it's next door or does getting to you take up the time to an hour?
If he was to work in a hotel he'd get approx £4- £5 an hour minimum wage.
If it was me renting out my ds17 to a friend/family, I'd say £50 all in., It's not hard.☺

You could do 1h min wage x number of days. That should be fair enough.
