Does anyone have experience of the Now Pension scheme

My company has changed pension and introduced Now.

It was all launched with great promises of transparency and customer service - but so far my experience is not good.

Am I just unlucky - or are other people having issues?

they are crap.
I'm currently reporting them to the Ombudsman
get the company to switch to NEST while you can

They are awful, we were advised not to use them for clients
