Please help I have a notice to pay but there is no payslip attached to pay it says phone number to chat about ways to pay. When you phone the number can I pay over the phone or do they have to send me a payslip? Thanks

We just got our tax credits payments reduced over the following year. How much do you need to repay?

Hunnybunn · 04/06/2016 16:38

£800

They should be able to take that off over the following year.

As shann says they can deduct it from your reward. This isn't possible however if you're no longer entitled. In which case, you can pay lump sum or installments at an agreed amount. At least that was the option a couple of years ago.
