I have checked my student loan account. My last payment comes out this week.

Fuck. I've paid off my student debt.

I have some savings already. I can add alot more to them now.

I feel I have been careful for far too long paying debts and saving. I need a holiday. Otherwise what has all the studying and working been for.

I wont do it right away though. Budget for it later in the year.

Also quite fancy the Norwegian Fjords.

That's sounds great, maybe have a look at Greece or Italy basing it around some nice sites or maybe somewhere like Mexico. Is there an archaeological society that does social stuff? Maybe they do some speciality tours where you would be with like minded people.

Or maybe do something like a Sailing holiday? My ex boss went on one of those at a similar age to you and they grouped people together for lessons and to take the boats out so she felt that she could socialise or not as she felt like it. She had some days off for lying about or sightseeing.

Autumn in the Mediterranean sounds glorious.

Yes I was and still am a right miserable cow on the relationships board but at least I am debt free almost now.

I will look at a travel agent and those archaeological trips.
