i had my tax cedits suspended in october of last year, they said i should be making a joint claim instead of a single claim because they did an address search and the last tenants name showed up. i am single. i did the mandatory reconsideration and they stuck with the decision to terminate my tax credits award, so now i am appealing. ive sent off the appeal form already and im now just waiting for the appeal date. im just wondering if anyone has had a similair situation? has anyone gone through an appeal court and what was the outcome? any other advice? thanks x
