can someone explain paypal and ebay to me?

from what I can make out there are 3 types of paypal accounts - personal, premier and business. re ebay it says that a personal account gives you limited services and a premier account allows you to buy and sell. if all I want to do is buy does anyone know if the personal account will do?

yes - personal is fine, but once you've got up to £1000 of expenditure you will need to 'verify' your paypal account by transferring some money from a bank a/c into it - it can be just a small amount. hth
