They will generally yes. Do you know your seat numbers, at least roughly, annd how you paid for them - and when? Give them and hone and they should be able to help out.

Hulabay - should be able to have a rough idea about our seats - its just a pain, I am usually pretty organised about this type of thing.

Hubby has been home last couple of day and I think he has had a major tidy up and thrown them out my mistake !

Blaming him makes me feel better

Arms flapping a little less now !!!

Yes, as long as they are allocated seat numbers. Is it a large professional theatre. They will have a record of your booking. If you paid by card have your card number or they will look it up from your name and address.

Where I used to work they did charge a small fee for dupes and they would only give them out on the day as they over-wrote the originals and couldn't be re-issued again.

Did you manage to sort it yet?

I know Yorkiegirl had a similar problem with tickers to see a show last month - only she found out she had lost hers on the day, and hers had been booked by a friend of a friend as part of a group booking. but it was all sorted out.

We lost some tickets recently - DD2 had paid for them so she rang up to arrange duplicates and had to come with us and produce the card she'd paid with. (This was at the Opera House in Manc). It wasn't a problem

Mine is part of a group booking as well , but I phoned the lady who booked it and she has a record of what seats we were allocated and it should not be a problem .

Still searching for tickets just in case , emptied our recycling wheelie bin yesterday !

Thanks all. Just didn't want to miss Panto !

I worked in groups. We used to tell our group organisers to keep a record of seat allocations (the organised ones even handed the list in to us in case anyone came up on the night) to make it easier to issue dupes.

Hope you are able to still go, you reminded me that I have tickets to go and see Cinderella this week.

mummydear · 04/12/2006 23:16
