Tax credit renewal

Hello all sorry if wrong place to post,
I rang up last weds (2nd) to renew claim as I hadn't had any packs through and my money had been stopped.
I was wondering after renewing how long was it until you received a payment?
I'm so impatient and skint!

Renewals should have been done by 31/7/15 so did they say on the phone what would happen next? You might have to start a new claim.

Because it was they're fault I didn't receive a pack (I rang up a while back to request one and it still didn't arrive) they just renewed claim instead of starting a new one so I'm hoping to have a payment soon?
They said I should hear by 16th but just seeing if anyone received money within the 2 weeks.

Im wondering how long they take to resume payments too, mine has not been paid in today despite renewal being submitted correctly.
I have rang first thing this morning cant speak to anyone as usual a recording is telling claimants that' if you have a child between the age of 16 and 19 that is staying in full time education payments have been ceased but will resume shortly'. I bet that means weeks not days!

Hi my tax credits have been stopped to I sent all the forms of an received a letter from concentric saying they be leave someone is living with me an they wanted to see my bank statements and letters so I sent everything off for my renewal and then received another letter a week or 2 later saying I've Still not renewed so rang up renewed everything again then I've gone to bank to get my money and it's not in they said they haven't received my renewal again how long will it take to receive my payments does any one no as I'm a single mum with 4 children and no help

Hopefully someone will know. It's shit!
