I have sent off documents to prove i am a single ( having to live in partners property until find own place ) sent off all documents required , bills in my name etc . My tax credits have been suspended since March ! How long does the process take ? They said they were only looking into last year! Can't get through on phone . Has anyone else's investigation taken so long to complete ?
