Anyone know what a Schedule D number is???

I have been asked for one in relation to being paid for some work I have done but I have no idea what it is. Does anyone know????

No such thing anymore. Replaced by UTR (unique taxpayer reference) number in 1997. If you fill in a Tax Return every year it'll be on that. If you don't, you won't have one and will have to register as self employed with HMRC to get one.
