It's been 7 weeks since we moved out now and apparently we have to go to the small claims court. Can anyone please tell me what this means exactly? How do I find one? Look up "small claims court" in the yellow pages??? Or is there another legal route that we follow?

Make sure you check the terms of your lease - my landlord tried to withhold the interest earnt on my deposit

That's great thanks. Really, TheBlonde, I just assumed we weren't getting the interest on our desposit back? Will check lease again, thanks.
