Sending money to a relative

I need to get a money card to a relative in Thailand who is on holiday.

I have a money card here. Does anyone know a fast way to get a card couriered? Or can anyone think of an alternatives option? I can try to wire cash but would prefer the relative to have a card as quickly as practical.

Have they got their debit card with them? You can transfer money online to their account.

No they had a money card from the UK but it was swallowed by a machine.

I can wire him cash to Western Union I think but would like to get him a card ideally.
