I got a letter today from this company re. the above. I was worried I had done something wrong but called them and not too worried now but still have to get signed receipts from my childcare providers and I am sure that owing to their sickness I will have been overpaid a bit. What gets me though is I have to pay £10 for these; and surely it makes sense that they should be issued along the lines of P60's that we add to our renewals as proof and any adjustments are made based on these. It would stop this extra hassle. I hate the fact we're paying 70 million plus to this US I believe, private company when that money could stop further cuts. Am I alone in this .............
