Anyone know? I cant get through to the bank to ask and its plaguing my mind.
Basically, I was unemployed in 2014 and was in arrears with my cc by 5 months while I just paid a nominal sum and tried to keep my life together. I know have a series of yellow and red boxes on my credit file.
Is each red box a default? And does anyone know of anything I can do to make it better, or is it just a matter of time
