Close paid off CC accounts or leave open?

I've finally managed to clear 3 niggling amounts off seperate cards, and have been given conflicting advice about whether to close them or not?

One is through my bank, so I have access to it through my everyday online banking - but does seem to have some sort of income protection and will charge random amounts if I do ever use it?

One is a Tesco CC that is quite good for online purchases and has a DD set up to clear the balance every month, so no danger of it creeping up.

Last one is a Barclaycard, with no benefits I can see?

Personally I'd cut up the cards to all but the Tesco one as it sounds like you have found a manageable way to maintain the account.

That was my thinking too. Should I just chop em up or actually close the accounts though?

Close them if you don't need them I think.
