Someon has applied for credit using dh's name and our address

DH has had several letters through the post this week, claiming he's applied for 2 Iphone 6's with EE, another with Vodaphone - and today's letter was a PIN number for a Debenhams card! He hasn't applied for any of these. It seems someone is using his name and our address. What can we do to stop this continuing? Dreading the post tomorrow!

OK.. Dh rang Vodafone, who say there is a lot of this going on at the moment. It turns out they've used Dh's name and address together with someone else's bank account!

Thanks for the link Cogito. Dh has now rung EE, Vodaphone and Debenhams, and also got his credit report. It showed searches which had nothing to do with him, and these have now been removed. We've not had anything further through the post since.
