We ordered a new hoover on 21/9.
paid straight away with credit card - dp did it after internet research on best price/service etc
No goods within 7-10 days timescale.
Get email stating goods would be delivered week beginning 9/10
You guessed it no goods
the ph number does not work - goes straight to we are not open message - websit not taking orders/emails being bounced.
Today we see on the site it is in administration
I take it writing to the company is pointless, how much protection does buying from a credit card get you?
My house is knee deep in filth it was urgent..

you should get it back through your credit card - contact them straight away
good luck

you should get your money back from the credit card company

Call credit card company asap
They will send you a form to fill it

Happened to me with a CD seller, I didn't lose any money (Barclaycard dealt with it)
