I've found a website that tells you exactly what benefits you are entitled to. You might be surprised!

I found this website last week, and I'm shocked at what we can claim. I had to pass it on.

All you have to do is fill in the questionairre (no names or addresses needed) and it'll tell you what you can claim. It's then up to you to go to your local council and claim it yourself.

Put it this way, I never knew we were entitled to housing benefit as we rent privately. It turns out we are elidgible, and it'll help us a great deal. I know there are others out there who rent privately, and I'd hate to think they didn't know either!

Don't get too overexcited before you actually apply!

It told us we were entitled to HB too, and we went through a lot of faff and jumping hoops to apply only to discover we weren't. To say I was disappointed would be a vast understatement (had pin far too many hopes to it )

Yeah I would be wary of getting too excited, it's figures are not always accurate it does not always give the correct figure out.
