Cold Weather Payout Boost for low income households

Pensioners and low-income households will be able to claim £25 each time the temperature dips below an average of zero Celsius for seven consecutive days, or if it is forecast to do so.

Thanks for that OP. I've just sent the link to a friend who I think will meet the criteria. There's also the Home Warm discount for low income families which seems to have a similar criteria for a payout.
