Has anyone had Lloyds refuse their bank charges?

Hi, Lloyds have refused to refund my bank charges and my next step is to take them to court.

However, I'm nervous and struggling to find the next letter to be able to do this.

Has anyone successfully taken Lloyds to court and won?

I'm looking to reclaim £430.00.

Log on to the consumercredit group website.
I think youll find all the advice you need on there.
Everyone that has followed the advice on that site seems to have been succsessful.
You need to open a parachute account incase lloyds are funny-but none on there had any probs.
It gives you all the letter templates to copy and send.
Good luck and hope you get your money back.
