Just wondering If anyone has a legit address I can write to the CSA and complain? They are an absolute joke!
My husband informed them he had changed his job and requested they calculate his earnings for his 2 daughters (to a previous relationship)they wrote to three days ago to tell them the amount they had recalculated which also added arrears that had accumulated while they were calculating.
My husband has no problem paying this BUT yesterday he received a letter (dated 15/9) saying the amount was due 15/09 and TODAY he has received a notice of enforcement for the payment!!!! It unbelievable that these idiots can get away with this and I want to send copies of these letters and make an official complaint because it dosent matter how honest we try to be they always manage to mess any claim up.
I really want this sorting out, they wait months to get in touch then when we give them all the information they requested they treat us like criminals threatening us with court action.
