Somewhere between tax office and post office my LO Birth certificate has been lost.
Got letter today from Tax Office basically saying we posted it back, so the post office must have lost it but we can't do anything else to help.
They haven't provided me with any tracking ref info and post office says without this, makes difficult to claim or track.
On tax office website it says if you sent registered delivery, they return the same way.
Can anyone advise what to do now, as cannot get through to the tax office having rung several times today.
