Does anybody use Extra Energy provider? vs npower

Hi all
at moment the property I just moved into is powered by npower, so I followed the lead (as also suggested by landlord). But reading around it looks more expensive, I also got an evaluation about switching to Extra Energy which would save me allegedly 200£ per year. Does anybody use this provider, can you recomment it?
Thanks
Barbara

find out the actual kwH and standing charge rates, plus exit penalties. They are a very new supplier and the money saving expert feedback is not good.

I'm in battle with npower at the moment (their IT is up the shoot) so no company is perfect. Price is most of what matters but remember also that the smaller companies don't generate anything and have special concessions.

If you are on their "standard" tariff there isn't usually any exit fees.

Npower are having massive issues at the moment, I like to think its karma for the chief exec telling people "the cheapest unit is the one you don't use". He's on a six figure salary so he probably doesn't have to worry about his bills.
