I've seen lots of discussion in here, was there ever a consensus? I can supply p60 and 3 slips, but not sure about the bank details -
'Failure to do this constitutes a breach of your agreement.'

Does no one know? I will just fill it in and keep my fingers crossed.

There are some lengthly threads about erudio in MN somewhere, I've lost track of where. You could try a search. I think it's on it's third version now!

When applying for deferrment you need to give bank details in case your application fails don't forget things like housing benefit, council tax benefit, maintenance, child benefit etc are all taken into account as well. If you are deferred you can cancel the direct debit on your account.

I think, can't remember, some people who applied for deferment without DD were turned down and told to provide them.

I was granted deferement, though it didn't stop them trying to take money, so in the end I got my MP to contact them, who got told I must leave DD 'just in case' and 'cancel it just in case payment is taken in error'. My complaint letter about it states I need a DD to be deferred but don't need a DD when deferred and if I cancel my DD I would be in breach of by agreement.
