But can I get hold of the bastards?! No! I answer all of the automated questions then either I'm cut off straight away as they're too busy to answer my call, or I'm sat on hold for thirty minutes and the line goes dead. AngryAngryAngryAngryAngry

Does anyone know a good time up call? I can't really do it in the day as when I'm not working I have my noisy dc with me Grin

Yes. Date it, keep a copy and make sure you use your NI number/ a reference number to your claim so they can link the info to your claim.
