Hi

Just quickly before I pick kids up from nursery.........

Went on holiday (near Skegness), took parents caravan and stayed at touring park. Brochure was sent and the activities/entertainment sounded wonderful, we couldn't wait! Got there, nothing of the sort, stuff not even there that they said were. I'm so upset and angry as in the 10 years me and dh have been together, we'd only had our honeymoon 5 years ago and this was our first family holiday and 2nd holiday for me and dh. I feel robbed of what we believed we were getting and want to complain to them.

Anyone know whether or not they are allowed to lie like this???

Thanks

I wouldn't have thought they should but you may find that a lot of the activities are declared "subject to availability" in small print and may not apply to , say , all sites within one company or only for certain weeks, may be off site and therefore not in the company's control or cost extra. Unless specific things were in the actual contract as available and then not there you may not have much legal redress. Still worth complaining though, you never know.
