if you phone the reigtry office where your marriage was registered they will send you a copy. It costs about £7

I had to do that for ds' birth certificate - took about 2 days, then of course it turned up ! Check where you normally keep passports, id , birth certificates etc.

Hi Yorkie. have been thinking of you lots and hope you are coping ok. and no... we have never spoken here! re mariage certificate... got a phonecall from my embassy the other day to ask if i could come and pick it up since it's been 2 years... feeling very silly but relieved i had not lost it...
