My card for free prescriptions ran out in April and I never got sent a new one? Our circumstances have not changed at all so our tax credits will be exactly the same. I haven't been sent a renewal pack yet and know they send then till June but I rely need my prescription exemption certificate, on the nhs website it says they should send out a new one before the old one expires but I haven't had had it :/
Anyone know who I should contact?
