Anyone else doing this? finding it a nightmare? if they know the info already why waste your time by making you fill it out?

I think you can ring them and they ask you the questions over the phone.

You can re-new over the phone.

dh always rings (from work ) and finds it much easier...

I always ring.. much much easier. You just need your P60 and your weekly childcare cost.

yep i rang them and its sorted thanks very much i still hate them though - well the system not the people that work there obviously!
