but be aware it isn't necessarily up to date so I think May/ June has only recently appeared. If you need to know more recent sales try the Land Registry online but you may have to pay per property.

ourproperty.co.uk will send you monthly emails so you can see what's sold within 500m of a postcode - useful if you are comparing what houses are worth in neighbouring streets to get a price down etc.

very handy - tells you the property prices and local info on the demographic etc.

you have to register for free to get the price info.
