Mine is with Homecall and is £25 a month for unlimited daytime and evening calls. Bill usually ends up at £26 cos i'll have called some number that gets charged for or something but generally I am pleased with it.

Saying that though I might be going to chcnage mine as I currently pay £26 for phone and £18 for BB with Telewest, wheras if I have tv, Bb and phone with Telewest it's only £30.

Han4Dan · 25/07/2006 18:04

That's what i got nutcracker but rang a mobile for about a month rather alot and now have a bill of £178 which heck i don't know how to pay.

Oh dear Han4dan, will they not let you pay it in instalements or something ??

You could change phone companies and then request final bill from Homecall, say you can't pay all in ono go and then they'll have to do it in instalments.

Han4Dan · 25/07/2006 18:07

i know but then i loose my deposit which i would get back if i paid it on time each time. I am thinking of ways to pay it atm. trhanks for the advice though nutcracker.

nutcracker · 25/07/2006 18:09

Oh, didn't realise you'd paid a deposit, bummer.

Hope you get it sorted ok.

Gobbledigook · 25/07/2006 18:21

our phone bill is between £25 and £30 a month and we pay £27 every month for broadband (unlimited internet access).

SherlockLGJ · 25/07/2006 18:22

£87 a quarter and I phone Ireland, seven days a week.

Scoobydooooo · 25/07/2006 18:29

mine is about £20 bill & 14 for unlimited calls 24/7 this is with ntl, but i also have the package so with the top speed BB & the cable tv it comes to about £100 a month the lot.

Scoobydooooo · 25/07/2006 18:30

BUT i HATE ntl & when we move will not be using them.

mousiemousie · 25/07/2006 18:31

my line rental with BT incl that withheld numbers barring and 090 barring is £60 p/q, then we have tiscali phone/BB which can be anything from £25 p/m to £50.00 depending on if DH rings the sky game chaneel typically thou it's about £30.

we have unlimited BB downlaods 2meg connection and free w/e calls.

our bill's high due to the fact we don't use mobiles any more, and all of the calls we do make are national ones not local.

gonna be changing thou in aug.

lunavix · 26/07/2006 15:07

We have a package that's £42.99 (I think) with ntl. It' their best tv package (which I worship!) plus middle of the road broadband with no limits, and phone with free evening and weekend calls apparently. (No idea on times lol)

It usually ends up about £55 a month after our phonecalls that aren't evening etc. So pretty much the same as you charliecat but with tv too.

anthonykiedisbitontheside · 26/07/2006 15:11

We use sky talk weekends which is the same price as BT during the week but free calls at weekends. I also have a mobile contract with 3 which gives me 500 free minutes every month so I try to use them up to save using the home phone. Our broadband is with BT and is 19.99 a month (it was £25 but when I rang up to swap to someone else they reduced it to this for 12 months).

Northerner · 26/07/2006 15:19

Phone with NTL about £30 a month, plus £9.99 for unlimited broadband.

My mobile about £20 a month.

MrsRecycle · 26/07/2006 16:04

BT line rental (only) - £11 a month, Virgin Broadband £15 a month and Call18185 (for ALL phone calls - abroad included) average £5 a month (and that is being on the phone to people around 3 hours a day!). I love the FREE national & local calls anytime day or night from 18185! Don't touch BT with a bargepole as far as calling goes - now I know why Just wish I could rent the line from someone cheaper.

So around £60 a quarter inc Broadband.

mousiemousie · 26/07/2006 17:02

Charliecat, mine doesn't include broadband - we get that from tiscali at £14.99 a month
