Well if 75% vote yes it will be approved. Doesn't seem very fair as surely it should be majority over 50%?

As I understand it it's not like everyone would get much back either way?

Hi it says you get all your premiums back less any claims made. This dates from 14 January 2005 plus interest. The form asked for a guesstimate of what you thought you'd get back. Apparently this value overall is subject to approval so maybe if it's acceptable, only then will it be approved.

Yes I found it interesting. Some quotes were saying an average payout of £185, but I think its a bit tenuous as the timeframe for eligible payments is narrow and the average cost of CPP worked out at £20-£30 pa.

I would think £185 would be the very highest.

I honestly don't think I'll qualify, but was happy to vote on behalf of people that will. I'd rather they have it than it go on some incompetent overpaid a arses bonuses

I was wondering about this as I had the information through. Does anybody know what the next stage will be?
