I was issued a refund last Sunday as the item I bought from ebay was not available. Paypal have placed a temporary hold on it and it is still being held.
Really quite pissed off about this.
Private seller lots of Gd feedback from her side.
Why are they doing this and how can I solve it.
I assume it costs a bomb to call them and their email contact doesn't work properly. Any other way of getting out if this?
