Can anyone help me?
I was a moron and allowed my brother to use my eBay to sell some things. He then didn't send the items for over two weeks so the funds have been held in my paypal.
The items have JUST been sent so my balance is still in the negative. eBay had then tried to take £28 for fees from my PayPal and it says the cheque was uncleared.
I can't afford to pay for the negative balance until the items funds are no longer held once the people receive their things.
Will this affect my credit score? 
I will be gutted if so.
My brother can't pay it off either, I hate him so much right now
