Any experience of kiddievouchers on maternity leave?

DS just started a preschool two days a week.

I think my employers offer kiddievouchers but wondered how that would work with maternity leave and pay?

I'll contact work tomorrow but wondered if anyone has any experience of this?

The vouchers are in addition to your SMP so you should definitely get them.

If your claiming childcare vouchers before the qualifying period for SMP, you will get SMP AND childcare vouchers when on ML. If you earn anything extra over the month (e.g. pay period from 1st month, start ML on 3rd month, or KIT day), the childcare vouchers will come off that money.
