Car insurance for a young au pair

Can anyone help?
I have an au pair about to start in a month's time. She's French, aged 20 and has had a French licence since January 2006 (ie less than a year).
Does anyone know of a car insurance company that will cover an au pair like this as an additional driver (I will be the main policy holder)?
Also, I have just called Hastings Direct who said that if the au pair does the school run this counts as Business use (not Social/Domestic/Pleasure) and that they won't cover her.
Any advice out there?

In the end, we went through a broker (I can recommend a good one) and got a policy with Fortis. Fortis allowed my wife to be the policyholder with Business Class 1. They also view au pairs as social/domestic.

The premium was high (mainly due to the au pair as
