childcare vouchers and going back to work

Not sure if this is the right place but just seeing if I've got my calculations correct. I am trying to work out whether I can cut my hours when I go back to work. Before statutory mat pay I was paying for childcare using the voucher scheme that takes out the money before tax. I will be paying for 2 children when I go back to work. I've worked out that I get more after tax paying the maximum £243 from my salary than if I was to pay no childcare at all I'd get less! Is this right? Have I muffed it up?
