Does anyone know how this works? Assume that my company are giving me the bare minimum.
I know I accrued leave during the 39 weeks I was receiving Statutory Maternity Pay, but as I was on unpaid Maternity Leave for an additional 9 weeks, did I accrue leave during that time also?
I would really like it if I did!
Ta in advance if anyone knows the answer to this - I did have a look on the government website, but couldn't work it out.
