I was over paid a couple of years ago. I am fairly on top of finances so was sure I had informed them of all changes etc. Called and explained in Feb, it would seem that it was a mistake on their part and not mine. I was advised to appeal.
HMRC received my appeal forms at the end of Feb however having spoken to them today they have no time frame to how long it will take, when they will decide and will not give any clue how long it normally take.
So, has anyone appealed and if so how long did it take?
