Best Buy-to-let mortgages?

anyone know one with a good rate? Less than 5%

I think so many places change their rates so often that it would be difficult to recommend any. We got one with C&G before christmas which was under 5% but did no searching ourselves - just got a broker to search things out.

Whilst you might be able to get a really cheap rate - beware most cheaper rates come with extended tie-in periods after the initial discounts or have ridiculous fees, i.e. £1,000 plus.

You're best bet is to either go to a broker or do a search over the internet on some of the money supermarket sites....
