Another Housing Benefit Question - My bank statements are tricky...

I use my account (which is cash card only) for most outgoings. But, I have kept my ex dps account (which was always used for bills) which I use for rent and some other things.

Should I send them statements for both even though one account isnt in my name??

I can only suggest you explain and offer it, complete clarity is best. If not they may pick up that things don't look right on your other statement and then ask for it anyway, which will just cause delays.
