Claiming national insurance back. Is it possible?

I've been paying class 2 national insurance since Apr last year and I didn't need to because I was getting Icapacity Benefit which give you class 2 credits. Can I claim this money back? If so how do I do it? It's probably about £100.

phone the contributions agency, it is all part of the inland revenue now, they should be able to tell you.

I don't know who to get in touch with. Do I speak to my local tax office?
