My husband received a letter today telling him he owes the CSA £216.00. This is 10 years after the CSA payment finished. The 'child' is now 28 years old for pitys sake!
Apparently, they have reviewed his case from 10 years ago and say that he owes them the £216, and he has to pay or else!
He will dispute this as he beleives this is wrong and if for some reason he was in arrears why didnt they ask for it 10 years ago??
