Right I've got his idea...and I need to do a business plan

I've done one before but it was very much focused on practicalities

I think this one needs to be a bit more finance focused

How do I go about it?

I have business link due on Wed and I want to look quite professional

I know I'm going to be no use nor ornament but I'd just stress you are already practically doing what you want just you want to take it away from a home based setting to concentrate on your strengths. At the end of the day, you're experienced both practically and financially, you're just really changing the setting!

I'm planning on leaving the C/Ming to run itself....DH & my ladies can do it providing me with enough income that the new venture doesn't need to make a profit straight away

What you are saying makes sense and I will mention/emphasise it butI really want to look good as the c/ming doesn't bring in much money (profit)

but you did make a profit second year to first didn't you? Emphasise that

How can I know/guess/estimate when children will start?

How do I work out staffing (cos initially it will probably be part - time.....ansd I count for 1 person & I won't be paying me)
