Anyone gone to court with a PPI claim

Got to go next week. My OH and I are shitting ourselves, while we havent robbed old ladies its all pretty daunting.

Got a no win no fee solicitor, are these any good even?

Has anyone been and won?

I am surprised it's going to court.

Why has the bank not given their final decision then if you were unhappy with it (which clearly you are) you referred it to the Ombudsman?
