I've had a letter from HMRC saying that haven't received my tax details from a temp agency I worked for from 3 years ago. I'm very pissed off as surely that's their responsibility not mine and now I have to pay thirty quid for them to copy and paste the details onto an email- not even the headed letter! Should I have to pay? It doesn't help that HMRC just aren't answering plus I rung them back when all the national underpayment/overpayment stuff was going on and was assured my taxes were all up to date! So annoyed!!!
